For a small annual fee, you can borrow instead of buying the tools you need to do jobs around the house and enjoy new hobbies and leisure activities.

Most people only need a hole in the wall, not a drill. It doesn't make sense to own a piece of equipment you only need to use a few times a year. It is more affordable, space- and resource-conscious to share tools and equipment within the community.
